Hotel a Montrose-Ghent

“Hotel vecchio, arredi vecchi e sporchi. Colazione molto scarsa. Pulizie solo su richiesta e non comunicate al check in. Percezione di scarsa sicurezza all’interno della struttura ”

“Amazing staff and quaint hotel ! Love the upscale yet comfortable relaxed feel to this great boutique hotel close to chagrin falls ! Very convenient and includes hotel bar and restaurant giving you the option to stay in once you’ve arrived.”

“Front desk not welcoming. Room had no microwave, no clock, the phone did not work. Our room was on the 5th floor farthest away from front desk. No luggage trolly in the building, we schlepped our luggage quite a distance. Could not bring our cooler to the room as a result. No working ice machine on our floor. Toilet would not flush properly... disposed toilet paper to waste basket instead. My end table was sticky. Fridge barely cool. Except for that...the breakfast was good as was the...

“Our room was nice. The place seemed clean. Only complaint is there appeared to be dried poop or mud along the edge of the pool. As it got wet it got gross. Just threw a towel over it. Pool otherwise seemed clean.”

“AC was good. No internet or tv. Breakfast did not look all that appetizing. Staff was nice and helpful.”

“The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay.”

“Guests were making noise in the lobby and outside until midnight, so I could not sleep well. I was told that they were part of a group staying at the hotel for a wedding. Even so, the noise should have been controlled out of consideration for the other guests. Also, I was disappointed because the breakfast seemed to have been prepared with very little care.”

“Friendly staff, not the best motel but not the worst. My Tv remote didn’t work but that’s about my only complaint.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was fresh”

“Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed.”

“I checked in late in the evening and only stayed one night. The AGM checked me in, she was very kind and attentive even though it was so late. I had a king room on the first floor, it was clean and comfortable. Room service knocked an hour before checkout to see if I needed anything before heading out. Checkout was also smooth and the morning staff was just as kind as the night before. I slept past breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food selections. I would stay here again and recommend. ”
