“I stayed in the annex, which is a wonderful character building, above shops in the heart of the bus interchange. So it was not unusual for their to be people waiting for the bus right outside the door, or sheltering from the wind in the doorway. Everyone was super polite and and apologetic, if they blocked the door from opening outwards. Great value for money. in a very central location.”

“The accommodation we stayed in were converted stables. The rooms were well appointed, recently decorated and warm (we stayed in winter). The accommodation is annexed to the hotel. The hotel is the epitome of a country pub with traditional pub fair, eight ball and friendly locals in their seats at the bar.
