“It was very clean”

“June 19th, 2026 we checked in for a 7 day stay. On the 3rd day we found a staff member in our room in the dark nothing for housekeeping or a cart. We were instructed to put the red arrow on our door if we didn't want anyone to clean. We had done this and also made staff aware that morning we didn't want our room touched. Claudia the manager confirmed this as well. We never found the arrow the staff member in our room said she had just changed our sheets and made our bed that was a lie. The bed...

“This is an historical property - very good location with parking. If you come later in the day, the parking is down a hill from the entrance. Room is dated, bathroom is small, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Room was clean.”

“Local owned, Super nice staff, free full breakfast. Has mid century charm with modern amenities. Rooms were very clean, property was well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, and access to the creek behind the property. We come to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge a few times per year and have paid much more for way less accommodations.”

“The room smelled bad like mold or just very old. There were dead bugs on the floor and no one has ever cleaned behind the bed. There was hair on the one of the pillows. Basically this place is old and needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again! Parking is very poor”
