“I loved that we were so close to everything in san juan/ old san juan. The area looks a little rough but it was quiet at night and we felt very safe. We rented a car so did not walk around but having the parking space included was so convenient. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was always noise that woke us up around 8am. We were out late every night so getting woken up by the barking dogs and loud tools was a little rough. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay here...

“Great Stay for the Bad Bunny Concert! We stayed here while in town for the Bad Bunny concert and couldn’t have picked a better location, close to great eateries, local shops, and just a short walk to La Placita. The room was a great size, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice quaint little hotel. Really close to a lot of things in San Juan. A little on the noisy side building wise, but part of the aesthetic. Would stay again.”

"Although I’d like to thank Francisco, the supervisor and Irish Perez, the housekeeping , I’m disappointed. I’m a frequent customer of Marriott hotel, I payed 300 euro each night and there is not room service , breakfast is not included , is far from the sea and the swimming pool is a very small place. I have got a room immediately close to the elevator and it was very noise . I booked the hotel just for the week end because I planned a cruise . The first day, when I have arrived, I just asked an information, which services are included in the resort fee. The lady had the “great “ idea to switch to the Spanish language to ask how explain me it… Don’t you know to switch to an other language is misunderstanding ? From the hotel uber it’s very easy to find . "

"La struttura è vecchia e le stanze puzzano di muffa. Il frigorifero era arruginito. Il personale sgradevole Dopo tre reclami mi hanno cambiato la stanza ma erano passati 4 giorni. Purtroppo non si possono allegare foto . La colazione orribile solo prodotti imbustati niente di fresco. "
