“Great location, easy access to freeways and shopping. The dedicated parking was appreciated because the street parking was limited. Only suggestion for the residence would be to include more comforts such as bathroom mats (slippery floor) and some area rugs in the bedrooms Also hand towels and extra blankets would have been welcome. The toilet paper holder was broken but just a minor inconvenience. A coffee brew pot would make mornings better as well instead of having to go out to get coffee....

“The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.”

“Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. No check-in or check-out instructions unless we asked. Owner finally messaged us through the app around 2am. We were forced to stay in the dirty place because we had no where else to go. It was eventually cleaned the next...
