“We were in town for one night after a late basketball game and just needed a place to wash up and sleep. The hotel isn’t new, but it was clean. There was a slight stale smell when we first walked into the room, but I carry Lysol, and once I sprayed the surfaces and beds, it wasn’t noticeable anymore. “The fact that they gave my room to someone else and tried to blame Expedia for their mistakes. I don’t need a king size bed. I needed a room with 2 queens and that what I paid for. The day that they lied to me the whole time is crazy.”

I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows.
