“Great”

“Huge flea infestation in the room. Didn’t notice it at first and then looked down and they were jumping all over my socks and covered the floor. I had 51 bites in a short period of time. They refunded my room and reported that they’d have pest control treat it, but it has been 5 nights since our stay and I’m still not sleeping from the flea bites. Bathroom also smelled like urine which tells me their cleaning crew misses a lot”

“The staff is always so polite and professional. We stay there every time we are in CS. My only compliant, the rooms are starting to show their age. The room is clean, just dated. “There were things in my room that did not work, ie table lamp by the bed (dark) ....and very dark even with the lights on. Very clean though, staff was kinda helpful....I needed to get my luggage in with the help of a "mover" thing....I had a hard time with it getting to roll around to my room because of the doors... no offer was extended to help....they were kinda nice....mostly on the cell phone.... I am 74 and walk with a cane...I had to maneuver this on my own, no offer to hold the...

“For the price of these rooms I believe the hotel should invest in updates in the rooms. Replacement of the shower curtains would be a good start. The employees and location were great. A lot of potential just needs some care and updates. ”
