“Coffee maker didnt work. I asked to have it fixed, but nobody bothered . Also, shower took forever to get warm, but never to a comfortable level. Bar was fantastic, though.”

“Downstairs area is great, especially if you have a big party. The rooms are small and, although they’ve been remodeled still feel older and a bit musky. The staff was great and the location is convenient. ”

“Very nice hotel. Open and large lobby. Breakfast was great! The rooms are spacious! My only complaint are the sliding barn doors to the bathroom. Those are trendy looking but you lose privacy.”

“Huge flea infestation in the room. Didn’t notice it at first and then looked down and they were jumping all over my socks and covered the floor. I had 51 bites in a short period of time. They refunded my room and reported that they’d have pest control treat it, but it has been 5 nights since our stay and I’m still not sleeping from the flea bites. Bathroom also smelled like urine which tells me their cleaning crew misses a lot”

“The staff is always so polite and professional. We stay there every time we are in CS. My only compliant, the rooms are starting to show their age. The room is clean, just dated. We will continue to stay there. PS, their breakfast is the best, the attendant is amazing and so friendly. (I think her name is Jessica) ”
