“This beautiful modern hotel is set in a complex of multiple restaurants and businesses, making it very convenient. It's close proximity to Texas A&M University is also a plus for those going to games, etc. The on-site restaurant, Porter's, is so good we went there one night, had reservations at another restaurant the next night, cancelled those, and returned to Porter's! “Hotels in a great location with plenty of places to eat. The Wed night Cordial was rather weak, with just two bottles of wine stuffed in an iced bucket and a beer tap that just spouted foam. Soup and some cubes of cheese. Not a very appetizing display. The room itself was ok. But it looked overdue for a renovation. The bathtub was chipped and the carpet worn.
