“Our stay was disappointing due to numerous issues affecting both comfort and safety. Check-in was slow, and although we reserved two rooms, we were initially checked into only one. The second room was assigned on the opposite end of the hotel before staff corrected the mistake. “Everything was great from the receptionist to the cleanliness of the property. HOWEVER, I would like to state when I booked the room the pictures showed a couch in the Double Bed with a balcony, and it did not. The room was very small, the A/C “worked” but never turned on throughout the night. It was stayed at 75 degrees on a very hot day. “Staff is fantastic and didn’t mind me parking my school/ cool bus in the parking area. They greeted me by name every day I was there.. great hotel well worth the money (20/20 hotel)”

“The room was clean and breakfast was very good. However, the room that we stayed in had an air-conditioner that was very noisy periodically. It disturbed our sleep, so turned it off during the night. The smoke detector also began beeping in the middle of the night, so had to contact the front desk to reset it.”

“We had two nights of very bad stay in a poorly managed hotel. The air-conditioner thermostat was all over the place. It was either too cold or the thermostat would not activate the AC. My kid had terrible allergies and was feeling sick after we stayed after at this place. It was extremely overpriced, for what we paid. We got the worst deal here. “The ac was not working in the actual hotel itself but thankfully the rooms were cool. We always try to stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel especially in other states. The College Station location seems subpar compared to the many others we’ve stayed at previously.”
