Hotel in zona Moss Creek, Hilton Head

“I've been a frequent customer and have stayed here 20+ times; however, due to recent price increase by the owner, it will be my last resort. If upgrades had been made I could understand the increase but it hasn't. This is a bare minimum motel that wants to charge hotel prices. The price does not reflect the conditions and when I told Mr.Patel it was cheaper for me to book online, the online prices suddenly increased.”

“In passaggio verso la florida, ci siamo fermati in questo Quality Inn in quanto l'esperienza al precedente Economy Inn era stata disastrosa, mentre il Quality Inn di qualche sera prima era decente. Siamo stati positivamente sorpresi in quanto questo hotel ha anche una piccola, ma pulita, piscina e una colazione migliore del precedente "Quality". Pulite le camere, decente il wifi.”

“I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back. “Loved this place for a great overnight stay on our way back home. Very clean and quiet and location was perfect to walk to a great restaurant The Saltus River Grill. We look forward to come back for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend 👍”

“To be new, it didn’t feel that way. Our room was not very clean. Shower had mildew on shower curtain, dirt and buildup around the room, unfinished/not finished properly areas of the room(walls, around light switches, bathroom counter). It was an okay stay but I did expect more/better from a new Marriott.”

“The Beaufort Inn—and Beaufort, SC—completely have my heart. We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in one of the dog-friendly cottages, and it was spotless, roomy, and so comfortable. It was perfect for my husband, our pup, and me. I thought it was such a sweet touch that our dog was welcomed with a little goodie bag. You really can't beat the location. “This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning.”

“I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. Sink was clogged upon arrival and did not drain - could not properly even brush teeth. Shower gurgled...
