“One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport ).”

“The location was excellent just a short walk to Moto-Hakone and nearby restaurants. The walk back uphill is definitely doable, but I’d recommend taking a taxi, especially after a long day out. The home itself is tucked away in the mountains, offering a peaceful and private setting.
It was beautifully designed and comfortably accommodated our family of six. The sauna and heated pool were a huge bonus and made the stay feel extra special. The host (Lily) was amazing! Our flight was delayed and she...

“The villa is great. We loved everything about the unit. It was spacious and clean, had lots of amenities, and the private onsen was great. The layout for us (6 people) was awesome. The unit had multiple toilets and places to get ready. The fully equipped kitchen was very much welcomed. While we did not cook, and only heated up store-bought food and cup noodles, there are pots and pans and even an outdoor grill if you want to cook. There is even a vending machine that has limited food options...

“The property is very good for the authentic experience. A bit older but still modern (washrooms could be upgraded). It's really for the onsen experience and the food. A true spa resort! We went and it was early spring and rainy so less to do around the area.”

“Beautiful Mt Fuji views from our suite. The most incredible and responsive service from the front office staff who provided efficient and timely transportation by shuttle to nearby bus/transportation stops as well as to dinner and even the conbini one night when the only restaurant that was open (Jan 1) was full. It is definitely a food desert in that area, but we made do just fine. We enjoyed the shared onsen which was not busy at all. ”
