“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive.”

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“AC worked really well, staff very friendly, smiling and helpful. Clean room and plenty of parking. Walls between rooms are thin, room next to us came in after midnight and had tv blasting till after 3 am. Coffee is very good, available 24 hours, beans are ground to order, always fresh. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.”

“Ondre at the front desk was amazing. More than accommodating and helpful for what was just a 1 night stay for us. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again, we will be back!”

“The staff is very rude. I've called 4 times for them to release the hold on my card from the deposit. I've talked to 2 different people and both stated they would email a receipt and they still never sent it. Keep the money I guess someone there needs it. Use it for all the mold and nasty carpet”

“We did not stay at Days Inn, Tuscaloosa, because when we got there at 1:30 am, the hotel was CLOSED. No arrangements had been made for us to stay somewhere else. We were sent to a Microtel across town that no longer exists. The night watchman or whoever he was tried to contact another hotel but could get no answer. We finally found another hotel on our own, that was not worth the money we paid, for the rest of that night. The next day Days Inn arranged for us to stay at Microtel, Cottondale,...

“Parking was easy. The AC Unit was loud and very disturbing when it kicked on, the bathtub was pretty gross. I originally booked a room with 1 King Bed, when I called on my way to confirm my room, as I was arriving late, I was told the King Bed rooms were filled. Which was fine b/c my daughter ended up wanting to stay in the room, but when I got there .. even though they already filled my reserved King Bed Room, they charged me more money for the room with 2 beds ... Bad Business”
