“Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean. Bed and pillows could be improved. Did not like the dark brown sheets and dark room. White sheets and a lighter bedspread would make the room brighter”

“The property is quite new, everything is in great shape. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room we had, king (den) was very spacious and very clean. The gym was open all hours, breakfast was great. Slept well. Would certainly go back if travelling through that area.”

“My son and I stopped there for a brief stay on our way to Ontario and were very unhappy with our stay. We thought about leaving and staying in our car but had booked a non refundable so decided to stay. The room smelled so bad it was hard to be in there. The latch lock on the door was broken which made us feel a little unsecured and the curtains didn’t even cover the whole window. All in all we would not recommend this hotel to family and friends and will be choosing another hotel on our way...

“My most recent experience at this hotel was awful. I booked and paid through Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the person at the front desk immediately said “no locals” in a rude and dismissive tone. If this hotel refuses local guests, that policy should be clearly stated on both Expedia and the hotel’s own website before anyone books and pays. Taking someone’s money and then surprising them at check-in with an undisclosed policy is unacceptable. When I explained that I had already paid...

“Clean and quiet, easy check in and out”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was just ok. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned with hair left on the shower walls. Air conditioner was in poor condition and making noises. Free wifi was advertised but we ended up having to pay for it and it was not worth it. Not enough bandwidth.”

“At 3:00am the night manager allowed a group of high school graduates to stay at the hotel (presumably they had been thrown out of their first choice). I was informed that one of the group was a friend of a friend of the night manager. The group shouted, screamed, constantly went from room to room slamming doors, and ran loudly along corridors until about 7:00am. “Pool breakfast”

“The hottub was unfortunately, not working. Not really a problem except that the hotel never informed its guests of the issue. And so we got into our suits, went down to the pool, only to be disappointed. Other than that, a very good experience.”
