“We had a connecting door and we could hear everything in the next room. They had a little kid who had a nightmare and it was like they were in our room. It was fine for us but if you need quiet ask for a room that does not connect”

“The staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was clean, the window coverings just a little stained but seemed clean. Only problem I found was the room was a long distance from the front door and all other exit doors were only for emergency use. Would be good if I could parked closer to the room and use an alternative door to make it less of a walk to the room with my mobility issues. ”

“The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on and the pool was rather cold. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good, Our biggest concern was between 11:00 & 12:00 at night, we were rudely awaken by a loud and obnoxious neighbour. We tried 2 times to contact the front desk to complain, no one answered? The neighbour continued to interrupt our sleep. I did complain to the front desk in the morning and then called back. We were told we would get a full refund, but only got a $65.00 refund....
