Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name. “The price was right. The curtains need to cover the entire window and need to be room darkening. Sheets need to be replaced, show ware. Over all it was a good stay.”

So we didn't put up our do not disturb sign. However, the next day we came back to our room to find staff had been in our room to replenish towels. We didn't need. So do not disturb is needed regardless. No toilet paper or kleenex were left though that is what was needed. So we n just got from front desk. Worst...
