“Had an unplanned layover in Portland while getting repair work done on my Sprinter Van. An employee at Outside Van recommended McMenamins Edgefield and really glad I chose this place. Unique lodging experience and fabulous dinner and breakfast at the pub and restaurant in the main lodge. Much better than staying at a chain hotel! Would have liked to take advantage of the billiards, but didn’t have anyone to play with. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Portland area!”

“I actually love this place. It is an actually apartment building with residents where the apartments on some floors are rented by the day as hotel rooms. “This was my 2nd stay in 5 years. Convenient location. Comfortable room. Nice staff. Free Happy Hour drink at the front desk daily at 5pm (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options). Free games (2 pinball and one video game) in a room below the lobby. The lobby has several comfy and spacious seating areas.
