Case in affitto a Mount Vernon

“Nice place very spacious and easy access to property. Clean and efficient”

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

“This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops.”

“The house was clean, my family had a great time and it’s very spacious! We had a wonderful experience and the rooms are very well kept! Everything from the house was as I expected. It is spacious, comfortable, and clean. We hope to come again soon. The only thing is that there in not a master room with private bathroom. The host was always in contact willing to help. Our stay was completely peaceful except for a gardener out of the house I don’t know if he was a neighbor but my family felt...

“The property was not as advertised in listing. There was only one bathroom instead of two. No washing machine and dryer, this is an housing apartment located on the 3rd floor having to walk up two flights of step with approximately 12/15 steps each flight inside the complex. Not to mention you have to walk up steps to get to the complex. I reached the host once when I entered the apartment to speak of my issues, she stated she would call back in 5 minute I haven’t spoken to her since. The...

“Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property we originally booked was cancelled at the last minute, leaving my family and me with basically no choice but to accept the replacement accommodation they provided. I made it clear over the phone that I was only accepting it because we had nowhere else to go on such short notice. When we arrived, the replacement property was completely unacceptable. The place had a very strong cigarette smell that made my kids uncomfortable,...

“Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....”
