“Small room but clean had a Bed and shower which is all we needed”

“Everything was outstanding! Staff was very helpful! Parking was outstanding! Breakfast very good. A great stay for one night from Bradenton, Florida to Chicago, Illinois.”

“I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Open and well lit parking lot near to the entrance. Room was clean, water pressure great. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and gas all nearby. Great staff. Things that need improvement: 1) No closet, just a rack with no hangars and 2) I was on a non smoking floor and the hallway still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not, thank goodness. Would definitely stay again”

“The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...

“The hotel was clean. It served its purpose for Derby Weekend. An inexpensive, no frills alternative to the more elegant hotels. There isn’t an elevator. If you are physically challenged, ask for a first floor room. ”

“Very surprised how well kept this hotel was. Usually hotels by the airport aren't that nice. This one was a little under-priced for the rating by others, so had kinda low expectations. Pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice it looked. Staff was very helpful. Finally, the breakfast was really one of the better breakfast buffets we had. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pork patties & sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, french toast, muffins, pastry and donuts. The waitress stocking the buffet...

“Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!”

“Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable.”
