“Overall, my stay was not a pleasant experience. The room and bed had a strong unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to stay comfortably. In addition, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and produced excessive noise throughout the night. I was also concerned about the environment outside the hotel, as there were several individuals appearing to engage in suspicious or disruptive activity near the main entrance, which made me feel unsafe.
