“Interstate noise will keep you from sleeping. Carpet had multiple stains. Overwhelming chemical disinfectant smell everywhere, including towels and bedding. Greasy handprints on interior bathroom doors. Checked out a night early. ”

“The room was very comfortable, clean, nice bathroom and able to adjust temperature to my comfort level. Lots of places around to eat. I really enjoyed my stay.”

“Hey, it was OK. Location? Convenient but noisy. Breakfast? Yep. Coffee 24/7 which was nice at front desk area. Maid service? If you needed it. Ice? Not on my floor. Water & snacks? $$$$! Outside fire pit was a real plus and they had a little heated swimming pool!”

“The hotel overall is good, but this is the second time I've experienced check-in issues. They claimed my previously reserved room was sold out. Last time, they said I hadn't paid for the room I booked online, even though I received a confirmation email with a booking number. Additionally, some kids are stuck in the lift. The quality and quantity of breakfast are also declining. ”

“Rooms are clean. Location is great. Northlake Mall is nearby along with other shopping centers. Kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, sink and 2 burner stove. Bring your own cookware, dishes & utensils or you can buy a set at the front lobby. If you need to exchange towels or in need of toiletries, make sure you do this when the front desk is staffed. Front desk is only available limited hours. ”
