“The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and very professional. They offered a free buffet for breakfast and dinner. They also provided two complimentary cocktails. I had a great stay. ”

It smelled like “smelly, stinky” feet, but my husband said the smell was more of “poop” in his opinion. I went back to the front desk to notify them, because there was no way I could stay and sleep in a room with that type of smell. She addressed my concerns, apologized and switched me to a different room. Then the front desk lady, Kim called the room to check if everything was fine...
