“First stay was a very bad experience. Room had hair on the floor and on the shower wall. Long black hairs. Only enough towels for the night ,stained slip cover, and the windows were filthy and the heater blew cold air and wouldn't shut off. No coffee or breakfast, nothing. Second night on return trip, was better, the room had a coffee pot and coffee and the heater shut off. Second stay I asked why no food or drink and the lady said no, we are doing a remodel. Lame excuse! Never again! They did...

Easy access to good food and the freeway. There's even a super Smiths near by that is amazing! We will definitely return to this property.”

“We had to come to Provo on business, and outside of sleeping’ never needed to be in the hotel longer than 2 hours. We weren’t looking major frills, just a place to stay for night between exhibitions. It was clean, and everything functioned perfectly It was perfect for what we needed.”
