“Everything was amazing EXCEPT the elevators vibrated and everyone was a little nervous. The door to the wheelchair accessible hotel room was too heavy. Very hard to open. Everything else was perfect”

“We always enjoy our stay here, great staff, great amenities, very comfortable, clean pool, nice hot tub, etc. The only problem we had this time was no bathtub in the room. We needed to bathe a child prior to surgery and there was only a shower in our room, our child does not tolerate showers. ”

“No. I was given the wrong room I originally booked. They mixed up my name with someone else's name. The bed was comfortable the room was good but it wasn't what I originally booked. They said it was expedia's issue not theirs. ”

“Overall my family and I were very disappointed in our stay. It was not very clean, there was no breakfast and the pool/hot tub were closed. It was a waste of money and we will never return. We will make sure to spend an extra $30 for a world of a difference in our stay and stay somewhere else next time. ”
