“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.
The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“Very family friendly resort ! We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant with our daughter’s family and our young granddaughters. The hotel was able to provide connecting rooms which was wonderful and kept us connected the entire time, they also accommodated an early check in for a small fee and a late check out , also for a small fee which was very nice when traveling with small children. “The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities.
Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini”

“I made this reservation because our flight out of San Diego was being cancelled. Within 2 hours I attempted to cancel this reservation because the Airline put us in a hotel. The Hotel said I had to go through Expedia, Expedia said I had to go through the hotel. Calling the hotel customer service was a terrible experience, you could not hear them and they had no clue or interest in helping me. I basically received an "oh well, sorry. We are keeping your money" . Expedia was also no help. ...

“Avoid this property. I booked this property based on the reviews I had read on Expedia. We'll those positive reviews are misleading. This property is awful. 1st off the staff is unresponsive and needs to be retrained in customer service. Our hair dryer didn't work. When my wife went to ask for a new one she was told no.
