Hotel a Mulberry

“Easy parking but no elevator to second floor. The top step is longer than standard so was difficult for me, a 72-year-old woman.”

“The coffee was good. The bed was too firm for my liking. There was too much light infiltration from the door and window. Location is convenient to dinner and the highway. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was difficult to understand when we arrived.”

“At first, I thought the musty smell was coming from bed sheets. But then I realized it was actually from the mattress and the bed sheets. And the smell still hasn’t gone away from my body.”

“The hot tub was down. The pool heater wasn’t working. First room neither tv remote worked so they moved room. The second room found bedbugs in they moved us room and comped us one night and gave us quarters to dry all our belongings. Some of the staff was rude and acted like they just didn’t care and then acted like it was our fault ”

“Great breakfast, service, staff, and parking. Missing some necessary items in the room. ”

“Awful conditions, looked absolutely nothing like the photos. Smelled very bad, room was dirty. Outside was not kept up well and there was trash all over. Appeared people were living there like a motel. Even the door lock in the room was loose. Felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, attempting to get our refund back.”

“Property was clean and updated. There was some construction going on that limited elevator use, but we stayed on the first floor so we were not impacted. I would have preferred non-feather pillows. Pool and hot tub were perfect, though towels ran out. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again,”

“Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. BEWARE: They charge $ 100 AFTER they've already charged you for the room. For " in case of damages" even though the card is on file. When go to collect deposit upon leaving, "it takes a few days" Not sure they know how deposits work. And as far as "in case of damages"..the whole room is already dameaged. Microwave didnt work, only fan worked on wall unit so good luck in summer., bathroom fixtures coming out of wall, the whole place smells like unflused toilets....

“Hardwood floors in the hotel, seriously? It’s a sleepless night when someone is walking in the room above you. Ask me how I know. ”

“Overall, I had a good stay. This was the first motel where I saw white bed covers, and that immediately made me feel like the bedding was actually clean, which I appreciated. Everything else was good overall. The only small downside was that the bathroom was very small, barely enough space for one person, but it was manageable and not a major issue.”
