Hotel a Mulberry

“Seems like they were about to do some updating, like the light was removed and patched but not properly painted. The sink had no aerator, so water was all over the place. Got bites in legs while sleeping.”

I had to go to the check-in desk to get someone to help get the door to open...if I had not been there he would have been stuck in the bathroom for 2days unless someone could have heard him call for help...was scary to think about how easily someone could have been trapped in the...

“The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, but the room we were assigned made for a very disappointing experience. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong body odor throughout the room. The air conditioner had not been turned on before our arrival, which made the smell even more noticeable, and it took quite a while for the room to cool down. We also found hair in the shower. Additionally, the bedding on one of the beds did not appear to have been changed, as it smelled like...

“We literally slept there only. Hole in the shower wall. Bug traps visible. The building is really in bad shape. Everything needs updating. Fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable that’s why 3 stars. It was very quiet no complaints there. We were visiting family so just slept there. It’s a great location. If they would invest in their business they could have something special in that little town.”

“Very well taken care of hotel. Very clean. Tubs are a little stained. They probably were the only thing not replaced at the last renovation. I still dont really like carpet in a hotel either.”

“Location was great. Price should have not been in the same tier as the hotels around it. This place is old and outdated.”

“I had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they haven’t for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!”

“Worst staff I have ever encountered at a motel. If there was a staff person at the desk, they just stared at you and never acknowledged you. Same with housekeeping. We would make them speak to us by saying hi. Breakfast was very poor also. Will never go back.”

“Clean, seemed like recently updated carpet and tiles. Shower curtain was a little small, hard to keep water off floor but not bad. Breakfast was better than other places I stayed at that price. Scrambled egg sausage was more than expected and awesome. Waffle, yogurt, English muffins, cereal, oatmeal. Really great and no need to go anywhere else for breakfast. Would stay again if ever passing through.”

“Loved having kitchenette. Room was large. Bathroom was fairly clean but found long hair at shower base. I have short gray hair and hubby is almost bald. Bathroom was supposed to be for handicap use but no walk in shower. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out were easy and desk people were helpful and friendly. Would suggest night light for bathroom.”
