“The apartment was spacious, clean and cool with plenty of facilities to cook for yourself. The tv was great and included Netflix and prime options. The pool was perfect with plenty of sunbeds and parasols dotted about - perfect after a busy day exploring the town. The old town was about 10 mins away in an Uber, and we never had to wait long to book one. The highlight of this apartment however, is the host Jelena. She is exceptionally helpful, warm and made our trip special. She offered to cook...

“A beautifully renovated building in the centre of the old city. Amazing location. Staff very helpful. Our room was small and couldn’t open the shutters so no natural light. A little claustrophobic! Dinner at the restaurant was good but a somewhat limited menu. Breakfast was sorely lacking. No buffet,just asked what we wanted though limited choice. All in all grossly overpriced for what it was but suspect that is a result of its location more than anything else. Don’t arrive with large suitcases...

“We were in the middle of town just off the main promenade and only had to climb about 6 steps with our luggage when entering at the Pile Gate. I don’t believe there were any amenities as there were only 6 rooms? The did provide bathrooms and beach towels.”

“Hidden down a winding alleyway, but still close to the bus station and the port amenities. The land lady was friendly and offered advice on how to access various places nearby. Couldn't figure out how to check in at first, the room wifi had spotty coverage in places and I hit my head on the hallway ceiling multiple times. “I loved the patio with tables and chairs and the terrace views were the best. I thought climbing the stairs was a great workout especially after eating Gelato in Old Town. This was a great base for bicycling to Ciro trail in Bosnia, biking Konavle valley, along the coast and inland along the mountain. Epic Croatia was great bike rental. Host was very nice and helpful. Kristina kept the room spotless.”

“Great location inside the city walls. There was some street noise but it quieted down by 11pm. Large room and bathroom, newly renovated. Probably best if all was that there were very few steps to the main level. Easy check in and out. It was nice being close the the old town activities. We left our bags in the entry on check out for several hours and they were still there when we picked them up. Also. Very nice secure luggage storage office a couple alleys away. Good stay!”

“Perfekt lokation. Charmerende bygning og godt udnyttet lejlighed. Ekstra bonus med mulighed for airport pick-up og ferry drop-off. Et par små obs punkter der gør at vi ‘kun’ har givet 4 store stjerner: Soveværelsesseng knirkede rigtig meget og der er intet pynt på væggen eller andet hygge. Og så er der en del lyd/larm fra gaden hvis man bruger slå-ud sengen i stuen, selv når vinduer er lukket. Men dejligt sted og vi ville absolut komme retur en anden gang.”

The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are new, clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent for exploring Dubrovnik and easily reaching all the main attractions.
