It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. “Favorite stay while traveling. The hosts were amazing and kind, even carried our luggage up to the room for us. The property is safe and beautiful and the apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked. We only stayed one night but it would be a perfect place to stay for an extended stay. ”

A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. “Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...
