Feels like home away from home! Would come back again!! They also helped with arranging luggage transfers, transportation, and dining recommendations. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience!”

“Really lived thus property inside the walls of Old town Dubrovnik. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a studio size apartment that was plenty big for two people. Appreciated the fact that it had a refrigerator, electric kettle for hot water and microwave and cook top, which allowed us to shop for groceries and eat breakfast in the apartment. One big bonus was the washer & dryer in the common area with free detergent. Our host was great!!”

“We loved the central location, the cleanliness and all the supplies in case you forgot anything. It was so romantic as well. However if one person wants to have a bath the other person will get a cold shower. But still I would stay here again.”

“The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and very quiet, but in a wonderful central location. The staff was very helpful, very kind and the breakfast included was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was also helpful to be able to arrange a driver from the airport through the hotel, who was also wonderful.”

“My family stayed here for two nights in June. We had such a nice time. The property was spotless and air conditioned-essential as it was 92 each day. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. There was even a freezer in the fridge and a washing machine. The location was right in old town within walking distance from everything. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommend for your next trip to Dubrovnik.”

“Chambre très propre, décorée avec goût et spacieuse. L’emplacement est idéal en plein cœur de la vieille ville où l'on peut tout faire à pied ! Personnel très sympathique pour m’accueillir. Il y avait absolument tout dans la chambre. La seule recommandation que je ferais, serait d’ajouter un miroir au dessus du lavabo.”

“Perfect location in Old Town near Pile Gate. In front of that Hard Rock Cafe, which had live music at night; not rock, rather soft jazz with a trio of a singer/guitar, sax, and bass player. Music stopped at midnight. Walking up the stairs with suitcases was a bit challenging, especially if you are on the second or third floor. Beautiful and spacious, nicely furnished room.”

“The perfect hotel in terms of everything including location. I can't recommend this highly enough. The staff are the most helpful I've come across and the breakfasts are incredible. The rooms are very high end and spacious with great air con 2 huge tvs in bedroom And lounge and a huge modern bathroom”

“Väldigt fint lägenhets hotell kan man säga. 5 stjärnig rum plus att köket ligger på roof terrassen. Fina värdar men det ligger för långt fr. alla sevärdheter. Förbered er för Uber hela tiden.”

“Having stayed in many 5 star properties around the world, this is not a 5 star property. This lovely old building, in the heart of the Dubrovnik old town, is not well maintained. A lot of the decor is scruffy. The reception area is just a small room on entry. The air conditioning did not work properly. We had to move to a lower grade room (which had a free standing noisy AC unit) the first night while our room AC was fixed. The breakfast was not great. Apparently, the upper floor restaurant...

“The location is good, about a 25 minute walk to Old Town and in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature with spectacular views of the Adradic Sea. This is not a typical hotel, rather a restored mansion built in 1914 with only 3 spacious bedrooms. It is part of a school that prepares students for working in tourism. Eager students, supervised by professional staff, do most of the work. We felt like the owners of the mansion and loved our time here. There is a bus stop in front of the entrance.”
