We had to switch rooms at 10:30 at night due to a loud bass sound that maintenance said is the sound of the restaurant reclaimer (or something like that) that doesn’t get turned off until ~1am and on again ~5am. “Location great. Service ok. The water in the shower was inconsistent. We stayed in penthouse 2 and had the best views. However, shower day 1 ran out of hot water within 10 mins. Day 2 water was shut off in the morning an we were unable to shower after gym before rushing to the airport. Front desk staff was rude but sent maintenance up to check. Took well over 30 mins to resolve. Unapologetic staff. ”
