“Not impressed at all. The back door's lock was broken and has been for a while according to the front desk. Luggage carts were in the hallway blocking the elevators. In the room there was a desk with another lower desk under it, a little weird since there were no casters to roll the lower desk out. The desk chair was too small for the lower desk and forget about using it for the upper desk. The chair and ottoman looked like it had been left on the side of the road, dirty and smelly. The...

“The entire hotel- my room included- was very clean and modern. Nice Bistro on-site as well as a bar. Customers get multiple discounts just for staying- food, drinks, Starbucks, etc. Easy check-in. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area again.”

“These people went out flog their way to help me shop my car key back home to my kids when I went out of the country!!!”

“The breakfast attendant was rude and her body language spoke for her. IDK if we were to slow for her but she was wiping around us as we were in the breakfast line getting our food. Just slammed the lid to the food and didn't say excuse me or wasn't even welcoming as we walked in. Most workers would greet with a smile and say good morning.”

“If you have kids, this is the place to be. Huge water park with fun and friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. I was expecting to hear a lot of kids running up and down the halls but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice place to stay.”

“Old room with old furniture falling to pieces, fitted carpet smells like a cigar, 2 crashed cars parked outside, scam breakfast (just coffe, PBJ, and out-of-date bagel). Such a shame, because the hall was nice and the cleaning very good. You can find better place nearby. Not recommended.”

“Breakfast was basic, not too great but sustaining. The waterpark is awesome, my daughter loved the 2 hours we were able to swim during our 2 night stay. Winter hours were only 4pm to 9pm, so our vacation was about a month too early :(”

“The room was big, clean and nice but I didn't like the breakfast, there was almost nothing to eat so we went outside to have breakfast. Check in was quick, I like that it had a laundry room.”

“Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was also quiet. I needed to do some laundry while we were at the hotel. And to my surprise there was a laundry basket in our room to use and the washers and dryers were free. No charge to do laundry. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and clean. Staff was very friendly and my daughter and I noticed how much the staff wiped and cleaned tables, even wiped all the ketchup bottles etc on the tables one by one. Then another lady was...
