“Room was spotless. All of the staff especially lady on front desk sorry I cannot remember her name, were amazing and so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2.
