“The pool and pool area stayed dirty the entire time we were there. Most days there were no clean pool towels available and we requested extra washcloths and was told they didn’t have any clean ones. On the day before we came home they had no clean towels or washcloths. We used our own beach towel to dry off with.”

“This property is amazing all the way around. If I could give more stars I would. Everyone of the ones at checkout were phenomenal. So caring. Our car broke down with us the night before we had to leave. We checked out of our room at 11:00 the following day and they allowed us to stay in the pool as long as we needed to until we had a ride show up. “The hotel is getting a complete renovation. It will be a very nice place when completed. If Their continental breakfast needs more options. Their housekeeper worked very hard when asked for service. Unfortunately only one person. The hotel location is ideal for walking to restaurants and beaches. Covered parking was a plus. It suited our needs.”

“Had an amazing time at the Sea Palms guest and staff were amazing! Room was cozy and spacious. Logan and the Jamaican waitress can't remember here name; took really good care of me. The crabs and fried green tomatoes were delicious. I highly recommend this resort location was perfect. St Simon Island is a beautiful place!!”

“The staff at the hotel were very helpful and cheerful. The parking for the facility was easy and close to our room. The property was well stocked with towels, coffee/tea, complimentary drinks in your room refrigerator. The property was peaceful to lounge by the pool and swings under the trees facing the ocean.”

“I love this hotel for a lot of reasons . They have a great breakfast. The rooms are quiet and clean the bar is comfortable and the staff is friendly . What else could you ask for ?”

“Management needs an overhaul. The place is woefully understaffed and the staff is clearly poorly trained. There are very few amenities for a place that charges what Jekyl charges. Dining options are virtually non-existent and activities are very limited. Yes, history was created there but other than that, it is not worth the expense.”
