“One of the worst experiences of a holiday inn. The staff here can give two cents about any issues you may have. They didn’t have our room ready until 6pm. Then the chef for breakfast never showed up so there was no breakfast. One of the main reasons why we stayed here!!! We even complained and they don’t seem to care one bit. Then our room was beyond dirty, we found blood stains on our sheets!! They legit did not even clean the room. Wow what a nightmare.”

“Room was a little dark and the carpet seemed a little damp. Breakfast was great including hot food on Sunday and waffles every day. Cereal and bagels and toast and muffins as well as juice and bananas, and of course coffee. We were in the room one time when the cleaning crew came by and then they never came again. No new towels or any other cleaning happened in the three days we were there. The area the hotel was located in, looked a little iffy for safety wise, but it turned out to be fine.”

“The place is beautiful! Right on Lake Michigan with the best sunsets Iv ever seen. Although the pool was great and shuffleboard was cool the WiFi didn’t work at all and I couldnt get any service on my phone. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there also wasn’t a tv. So there was nothing for my ten year old son and I could do after dark. I don’t think anyone checked in on us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. It made us feel a little out of place. The photos were wrong as well,...

“The shower in my room leaked all over the floor, the curtains were missing on the windows.”

“The hotel is a beautiful location. The swimming pool area with the live music on the weekend had a great vibe. There are a few things that detracted from our stay because we were with elderly family members. We booked an accessible room for an elderly member of our family and the room was hard to navigate with both a walker and a wheelchair. There is not enough space and too much furniture clutter. The doors are also too heavy for elderly people-- there is some pressure phenomenon in the hotel...

“This hotel is falling apart. Not at all as advertised. They also kept my $50 room deposit so I am stuck spending ti E getting that back. Very disappointing stay. ”

“Just a quick place to sleep however, the TV did not work in my room. No one came to fix it. The lights didn’t work on one side of the room probably was just a fuse. Had somebody gone and looked but the lady working the desk was kind of rude and told me that somebody would look at it the next day well the next day I’m not staying there anymore and I don’t really care. I care right now. The only good thing that worked was the air conditioner.”
