“Her iron was broken and our microwave was also broken and wouldn’t throw out any heat. My mom also had a broken iron and her room was filthy so she had to be moved to a clean room. There was even blood on the pillowcase.”

“This charming B&B in Grand Haven was clean and spacious in a lovely residential area surrounded by other old homes of the period. The renovations and updates done to it were incredible and belong in a magazine. It was nice to sit on the front porch and read early in the morning or chat with other guests. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful, and recommended some things that we enjoyed. Our breakfast included an amazing homemade tomato-basil quiche and fresh fruit. I would definitely...
