“Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience.”

“Arrived to check in with 4 11-yr girls for a swim night. Was told the pool was closed for two weeks. I Canceled the reservation. Will need to file for refund. I reserved online, should have been notified the pool was closed!”

“Im always pleased with the cleanliness and good nights sleep i get every stay. I was however double charfed by the same site. I contacted them before check out like instructed but now they are saying they donot give refunds. I am a veteram, Muskegon born woman and felt dishonored.”

“The price was ok because I believe there was the Tulip Festival going on which is why the hotels in the area were so full, - however- We were there early because we had come from the other side of the state for a wedding shower. We were about an hour early for check in so the clerk at the front desk said to come back in an hour because it needed inspection. We did come back in an hour, at that time we found out that our room was not in the main building but out back in a separate building. I...

“The Grand Haven Baymont by Wyndham, was kind of dumpy, the bathroom light flickered on & off. The bathroom door knob was falling apart, & there was something sticky on the floor. Over all, the staff was very helpful & nice, the property was decent, the room was just kind of rough. I don't think I would stay there again.”
