“Her iron was broken and our microwave was also broken and wouldn’t throw out any heat. My mom also had a broken iron and her room was filthy so she had to be moved to a clean room. There was even blood on the pillowcase.”

“I booked a trip six weeks in advance to go to Michigan- I was aware of the no refund policy. However over a month before the trip, I tried to cancel due to an illness/ hospitalization in my extended family. I tried cancelling and getting a refund, and the hotel wouldn’t refund with over a months advance notice. “Breakfast and bed were good. Building in old. Restoration is poor. New furniture and sinks but poor painting and trim work. Corners were dirty and baseboards were poorly cared for.”
