“The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. ”

“We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. “The hotel is a work of art. It is visually stunning, from the time you enter the lobby to the rooms. The pool was amazing and a great place to relax after a day exploring Sapa. The location was perfect as it is within walking distance to Cat Cat Village, endless restaurants and right next door to the Sapa Train Station for quick access to the Muong Hoa Monorail to Sun World Fansipan Legend and the cable car to Fansipan Mountain. All in all a very lovely hotel.”

“Beautiful setting, and very helpful staff. Food is passable; don’t expect much in that regard. If you book a trek, be clear about what you want out of the experience. We wanted to see the bamboo forest and waterfalls but ended up spending the day wandering through “authentic” villages. ”

“Pros: Beautiful view. The grounds are lovingly maintained and lush. The staff are hardworking, attentive, and friendly. The main highlight of this venue is the food, which is truly world class. Amazing breakfast with incredible french toast. If you value fresh and local ingredients, the quality here is hard to top. We would have loved to do the cooking class but did not get the time to. “Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!”
