“Sota Suite is modern, sleek and in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts would take a while to get to us sometimes, by passing our floors multiple time. Breakfast was limited, not always consistent with having the scrambled eggs available, but there was always something to choose from. The staff were nice and helpful.”

“Yes, I paid for a room with a full ocean view, only to stare at a wall for two days. While other guests who paid less than me enjoyed the ocean view, it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Expedia didn’t make a reservation for the room I purchased; instead, they sent a generic reservation. I’m extremely disappointed in Expedia’s service. To make matters worse, when I tried contacting Expedia, the website and customer service were horrible, and I couldn’t speak to a real person. ”
