Ho soggiornato con i miei figli e mio marito durante le vacanze di Pasqua. Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto ,con tutto il necessario.posizione strategica ( 2 minuti da piazza Dante) ;Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile.Prezzo adeguato .Lo consiglio vivamente

Ottima posizione, ottima soluzione
Appartamento in pieno centro che ti consente gi visitare il centro storico comodamente a piedi. Sotto casa c'è un piccolo supermercato e nelle immediate vicinanze si trova il mercato giornaliero rionale che ti consentono di fare la spesa quotidiana senza problemi. L'appartamento è comodo e dotato di due bagni e una utilissima lavandaia. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana a Napoli e dintorni (Pompei, Capri). Lo consiglio

Comoda casa nel centro di Napoli
Siamo stati benissimo in questa casa che abbiamo raggiunto lasciando l'auto a poche centinaia di metri nel garage del simpatico Roberto. Accoglienza piacevole con tanto di pasticceria napoletana e disponibilità di suggerimenti sulla visita. Appartamento ben arredato e dotato. E' molto vicino al centro di Napoli (sia il centro antico che quello moderno) che si raggiunge a piedi, ma estremamente comodo anche per spostarsi in altri luoghi vista la vicinanza con metronapoli, metro trenitalia, funicolare ecc. Massimiliano è un proprietario squisito.

Casa Latilla, soggiorno a Natale
Siamo stati a Napoli nella casa Latilla con i nostri due figli benissimo. La casa era spaziosa, tranquilla e ideale per una famiglia. In più era talmente centrale che non bisognava camminare tanto e per fare escursioni fuori Napoli eravamo vicinissimi ai mezzi pubblici che ci portavano ovunque. Poi il vicinato era molto piacevole e tutti erano molto gentili. Mara Grazia era anche molto gentile e disponibile. Possiamo consigliare molto questa casa a delle famiglie,

Amazing stay in the heart of historic Naples
We came with family. There were four adults. We all had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pierro was an amazing host. He was very attentive and seemed to truly care about our experience. Be sure to try the hamburger place just around the corner from the apartment. It was amazing! And a very nice grocery store is very close by. You will be very close to the metro which was the nicest metro we have ever experienced.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war exzellent. Zum Check in war er da, gab es tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Cafés und EISDIELEN. Wir waren jeden Tag über WhatsApp in Kontakt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jeder Zeit und immer wieder.

Great location and host
The location of the flat is great. Near a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The flat is clean, but one of the bathrooms is really small and the showerarea can be cramped for a bigboned person. Be aware that there are not really 3 seperat bedrooms. One of them has a loft with a bed, so if you are 3 friends who wants a private, seperatly bedroom, this is maybe not the flat for you. We managed it by one of us sleeping in the living room. Piero is a great host, who was easy to communicate with.

Clean and conveniently located
The host is wonderful. His communications are friendly and prompt. The apartment is basic but more importantly it is clean and comfortable. The location is great for Napoli, right on the edge of the old city for restaurants, street eats, shopping and the Metro (Dante Station). The full size grocery store right next door was a bonus.

Hi Zobeida, thanks for the review. I'm sorry though that you don't like the area, it's part of the old town in an area that allows you to be very quiet. There are also metro areas within walking distance. Anyway, thank you for the review, I hope you'll come back to visit 🤞🏻😉

Amazing apartment
The location is perfect for adventures all over the city. The host met us at apartment and walked us through local eateries and other recommendations. He made transport arrangements for us to the airport. The apartment was very clean and secure. The neighborhood was very comfortable and I as a single woman walking around much Ali e felt safe.

Clean, comfortable and great location
We were met at our taxi and the host escorted us to the apartment, it was spotless and in a terrific location. Very convenient to the Metro and easy walking in the Centro Storico. Enough beds for our family of five and the AC was a lifesaver after walking through the heat of Pompei and Naples. There are really three separate sleeping areas, which worked well for us, but not four bedrooms as stated in the listing. We had two children in separate twin beds and the third in the loft in that bedroom and then we had the separate upstairs bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't have a chance to use it very much with all of the restaurants right outside the door! Very responsive and helpful host. Thank you!

Excellent location, lots of amenities!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Piero was very accommodating by letting us bring our luggage early so we could start exploring the city. The apartment is in a very walkable location and a great hub for taking day trips from Naples. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a great espresso machine, a washing machine, and an elevator!

Great location, clean apartment and wonderful host
We very much enjoyed our stay at Piero's apartment in Napoli. The location was perfect - so close to everything, including the Metro station for things a bit further out (or uphill), it was great. You couldn't ask for a more responsive and helpful host, and the apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed.

Appartement très agréable à vivre. Positionnement très central. Accueil et relations très chaleureuses avec Piero avant et pendant le séjour. Hôte très réactif pour donner toutes informations utiles. Un seul bémol : la taille très petite de l'une des 2 salles de bain.

Excellent séjour.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Naples. C'est une ville surprenante, très vivante avec beaucoup de choses à voir. Un grand Merci à Piero qui est un hôte très accueillant. Il nous a indiqué les principaux lieux à voir et les meilleurs restaurants à proximité. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 2 mn du métro Dante dans le centre historique, à 5-10 mn à pieds de la majorité des monuments, églises et musées, à 25 mn à pieds du port pour les îles et 25 mn des catacombes. L'appartement est spacieux, très calme et propre. Après des journées bien remplies c'était un plaisir de rentrer avant de repartir déambuler via Toledo et manger une bonne pizza dont la réputation n'est plus à faire via del Tribunali. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

A great spot in Naples
We really enjoyed our stay in Naples because of this rental, which is well situated near the shopping district but not in a tourist section. It was clean, quiet, well-decorated, and had good AC on some very hot days! The owner was very responsive and attentive and provided all amenities.

Clean, renovated, centrally located; what else you can desire? We loved our stay!
Our stay was lovely. The apartment was beautiful and had enough space to fit a family of 5 people. The property was very clean and the check-in process went well. The images online were not enough to convey the beauty of the place. The apartment was very close to the metro station, the center of the city and easily accessible. If we had a question, we could always contact the owner. Overall, the stay was great.

Absolutely perfect!
This apartment is centrally located, has tons of space and is very authentic. There is a metro station very close by, giving you quick access to the ferry/cruise terminal and the Centrale station. The train to Rome is only an hour, making for an easy day trip. The ferry to Capri is equally fast. Piero is a fantastic host and is always available by text or phone call. He gave us great advice on how to get around the city, places to eat and other valuable info. He is such a sweet and helpful person and truly made the experience even better. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment and Piero.

Séjour fabuleux.
Cet appartament sur 2 niveaux est extrêmement bien situé et très confortable pr une famille (2 salles de bain). Piero nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et s est montré très disponible durant le séjour.

Vacances de rêve
Appartement très bien placé et très joli dans un bel immeuble ancien dans le centre historique de Naples qui nous a permis de faire beaucoup de visites soit à pied, en bus, métro, train et bateau très facilement. Appartement très propre avec ménage en milieu de séjour très appréciable et surtout climatisé literie en parfait état. Accueil à notre arrivée même très tard avec pizzas et explications en français des sites à visiter merci à Antonio ! Merci pour les plans et dépliants également qui nous ont été d'une grande aide. Petit point négatif mais pas très important: il manque un lave vaisselle et de la vaisselle. Sinon tout était parfait !!! On reviendra

Un appartement grand et confortable !
A deux pas des rues piétonnes, et de toutes les commodités (supermarché juste à côté, métro, café Léopoldo, glaces Fantasia Gelati...), l'appartement était un vrai havre de paix après nos excursions napolitaines fatigantes, et bruyantes. Naples surprend par sa frénésie. Mais une fois, dans l'appartement, on est comme à la maison. Netflix et l'ordinateur ont été très appréciés de mes deux ados ! Au moins avons-nous eu des films français ! Tout était parfait, la literie formidable, Mounira nous a très bien accueillis, en français, avec de délicieuses sfogiatelle et nous a commandés notre taxi. Un bémol : pas de cafetière... donc obligés de faire une tasse à la fois et la douche du bas est trop étroite... Merci encore !

A l'arrivée ,la remise des clefs nous a été faites par Mourina , tres bel accueil et beaucoup de renseignements donnés sur la ville et ses alentours L'appartement est très bien situé près du centre historique mais à l'abri de la foule et du bruit Il est extrêmement bien équipé et lumineux L.arrivee et le départ est tres pratique car quelque soit l'heure on a la possibilité de laisser ses valises

Very spacious, clean, well equipped apartment in a great location
A very helpful young woman met us to give us keys, and orient us to the apartment and Naples. She gave us excellent advice. Overall, the communication was very complete and attentive. The location is very convenient and central to restaurants and the archeological museum, and surprisingly quiet, given how noisy the city is overall. One minor negative is that the bed was too firm for me. However, I would definitely stay there again.

Casa Latilla is extremely well located and within easy walking distance to most places of interest.
The apartment is spacious though the upstairs bedroom, while a good size, has no external window but one opening onto the sitting room below. It is well equipped though could do with a smaller pan or two. Miss Valentina who met us on arrival was knowledgeable on Naples and helpful in answering our questions and giving us directions to places worth visiting. An enjoyable week's stay. Happy to recommend Casa Latilla.

Stay where the Italians in Naples live!
Great central location in the heart of the old district of Naples. It's only 2 Metro stops from the ferry as we arrived from a Ischia. It's hidden & secure off the street behind a big wooden door. There's an elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor apartment. Then you have two levels of your very own apartment. Only two of us so we each had a floor to ourselves! There's a fully stocked kitchen & washing machine. The ceilings are very high with the windows reaching the entire height. Beautiful! There's a grocery store & pastry shop nearby for cappuccinos. Martina met us & provided us with great restaurant recommendations! We tried three.....the BEST pizza! She also gave us directions to sights we wanted to visit. Fabulous orientation! Max arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the door for the drive to the airport on our departure.

Große Wohnung, nah zur Altstadt und Metro, alles was man braucht ist da
Haben überlegt, ob wir 4 oder 5 Punkte vergeben: Die Wohnung ist superzentral, mehrere Zimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Föhn, Bügeleisen, Küche gut ausgestattet (auch Kaffee, Zucker,Gewürze,Servietten...)Apple-Pc, DVD und Netflix-Zugang (toll wenn man doch mal was deutschsprachiges sehen will-TV ist rein italienisch).Sehr unkomplizierte Absprachen zum check in und Verabredung zum Treffen. Sehr nette Begrüßung durch Martina, viele gute Tipps von ihr und sogar Gebäck als Willkommensgeschenk. Danke. Nicht so schön waren die superkleinen Duschen und die beiden Bäder insgesamt.Wenig Platz für Utensilien und auf dem Örtchen...Und dass es nicht wirklich klinisch rein war: Haare im Duschbecken, Toilettenbürste sehr abgenutzt, Ecken staubig...Aufzug zur Wohnung mit 10 Cent ist eher witzig als doof-wenn man die Münze parat hat😀. Also geben wir mit den oben beschriebenen kleinen Mängeln doch 5.
