Dear Mrs. Xin,Good morning from Melrose Napoli.it result very hard for us to understand why you left the room immediately. It also seemed impolite/illegal to have seen the photos on Google that you uploaded, without any authorization, of the faces of our staff. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our facility and our windows, as you can read in previous reviews, are soundproofed and close hermetically. No smell can pass through it once the windows are closed. The size of the rooms you choosed respect the regular size and they are those communicated on Expedia and all portals. The room you choosed is a deluxe quadruple room with a balcony with 2-level. Our mission is to work hard, improve and do our best everyday to give to the customers and awesome experience.We are sad you didn’t give us this possibility.We hope you find something better and you had enjoy our beautiful city.Kindly regards,Melrose Napoli Staff
