Thank you for your amazing review, I’m really happy that you have enjoyed your stay at Napoli Square suite, about the distance from the waterfront it’s because we are into the historical center so if some guest choose us is because he wants to see the old city with all the famous attractions we have close by, the waterfront is just 20 minutes away from here, so it was never a problem for my guests thanks again and I hope to see you here again

Thanks for the time you spend to review us , as you can read before booking , our reception opens at 9 AM and closes at 8 PM. sometimes we are not there in the afternoon but We are always available by phone or WhatsApp . Did you say someone that the air-conditioning didn’t work? Because it is the first time I heard about it, we always cares about our guests needing and we’re always ready to support them and to fix any problem where we can. About the bed we have a double bed , by the way I hope you have enjoyed your stay in Naples, greeting from the staff
