Hotel vicino a The Senedd - Cardiff

“The staff were helpful, the environment was clean, and the stay was generally peaceful with no disturbances. However, we were disappointed with the swimming pool facilities for families with children. There was no separate pool for kids, and the main pool was 1.3 metres deep. Surprisingly, the hotel had designated this pool for family and children's swimming sessions between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., which did not seem practical or safe. There were also no safety aids available, and no lifeguard...

“The Coal Exchange is a lovely old building which has been turned into a hotel with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable although there was some wear showing on the headboard/ wall behind the bed(room 143). The bathroom had a large Jacuzzi bath and a rainfall shower. The toiletries provided smelt gorgeous! There were two large windows looking out onto the road beside the hotel which was surprisingly quiet. Unfortunately, because the weather was extremely hot and there was no air...

“Nice hotel, clean and with polite staff, but if you list air conditioning among the amenities, it can’t just be a “cooling system” — and above all, if this is pointed out, you can’t simply say the technician won’t be able to come before tomorrow. The room was nice as well, but the fundamental duty of a hotel is to ensure a good night’s rest, and in this it failed because the room was too hot and the air conditioning (listed among the hotel’s amenities) was not actually there.”

“Appartamenti ben organizzati e dotati di tutti i servizi”

“Personale molto accogliente e gentile. Camere moderne, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro sulla strada principale, a due passi dalla stazione, dal Castello e da ristoranti e negozi. Nonostante la movida notturna la camera è molto silenziosa. Un hotel storico in pieno centro a Cardiff perfetto per visitare con comodità la città!!”

“The spa and pool seemed old fashioned and there were no robes provided to make it easy to use the facilities. We only used the pool once and would've used it more.”

“La camera era spaziosa e il personale disponibile ma la struttura ha bisogno di essere rivista. Spazi comuni non troppo puliti e tutto l'insieme decisamente datato”

“La stanza è davvero molto bella, arredata con gusto e curata nei dettagli! Nonostante sotto ci sia un pub (e anche molto frequentato), si dorme più che bene. Anche la posizione è ideale, poiché con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono tutti gentili ed in particolare Michael si è dimostrato pronto a risolvere qualunque problematica si sia presentata!! Pecca solo la pulizia della stanza, un po' troppo impolverata..”
