“The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.”

“Everyone was incredible friendly and helpful from the time we checked in, guidance in local eating recommendations, greeted when we returned in the evenings, and even helping me MacGyver a tube to protect concert posters for the flight home. (Special shout out to Christina!) The hotel is only about 15 minute walking distance from the Dickies venue and felt to be very safe area. “First time staying here. We arrived for a concert nearby at the Dickies Arena. Everything was in walking distance so we really enjoyed that. We will be back. Thank you.”

The coffee bar across from our room had no regular coffee pods and according to the sign on the counter, there was supposed to be creamer in the refrigerator. However, there was absolutely no creamer in the fridge or even any powdered creamer. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and all she could do was offer an excuse that a previous guest had taken the creamer. ...

“Amazing place to stay; clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices. However, parking is a bit of an issue. They offer valet parking for 45 a night, but the only self-park is street parking. This hotel is in the medical district with some very popular restaurants and bars nearby so parking can be pretty difficult to find. We ended up paying for the valet because the closest open free parking was about four blocks away”
