Boutique hotel a National Forest

“Grand for a basic stop, The hotel kind of stinks of stale water /sewage Staff where lovely but very stretched among roles The breakfast waitress was also the receptionist and was then later seen cleaning bedrooms Very hard working staff But the lack of staff does mean a lot of delays Room was both too hot and too cold, bedroom carpet was so dirty I didn’t want my feet touching it. Bathroom floor sticky and all surfaces grimy Breakfast was a mix of continental and full English made...

“Tutto perfetto!”

“Great stay in a great location.”

“This was the ideal stopover, we found the reception, public areas and our room clean and well cared for. All the staff we met, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and found the choice, presentation and taste really good.”

“Very nice apartment, very big with ample facilities. Just a little more cleaning to sofa covers and mattress cover in sofa would have made it better as ours were dirty. Restaurant was amazing and great for gluten free and bar was lovely too. Overall very comfortable stay”

“Great staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, easy parking, lovely food in the restaurant. Will definitely look to return if staying in the area again.”

“Amazing hotel! Great facilities! Would definitely go back!”

“visto il numero esiguo di hotel in zona, è una scelta quasi obbligata. Ho dovuto tirare la valigia su per una rampa di scale sbilenche ma il letto era pulito. La signora al check in è stata molto gentile, gli altri due ragazzi in reception al check non mi sembravano per niente motivati invece. wifi ottimo.”

“Plenty of parking, easy to check in and very courteous staff.”

“un hotel molto particolare che rappresenta molto bene questa zona nel cuore dell'inghilterra. una esperienza nel suo complesso molto piacevole e tipica”
