I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. “Super convenient location to downtown. Also right next to Hmart, subway station. so convenient for everything you need! Although shared washrooms and showers, but very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gentlemen at reception even helped my senior mom to carry the luggage upstairs to the room. Definitely recommend this place.”

Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. “The hotel is great, perfect location and surprisingly quiet. The room is beautiful and big. Cleaning could be improved, though. I found some hair in the shower. It was still there after I asked for additional cleaning. My main concern is about the hotel staff. It might be that it was a bad day, but they didn’t feel much friendly.
