“This hotel is in a perfect location for walking around the Fulton Market area; it's safe, has walkable sidewalks, and it's close to off-site parking -- which we opted for to save cash. The public lobby is clean, our room was immaculate, and the check in process was easy and the people were so nice. Michigan Ave was a close uber ride away -- really a nice hotel. Our go to place when going for a day trip. ”

“The hotel is great, perfect location and surprisingly quiet. The room is beautiful and big. Cleaning could be improved, though. I found some hair in the shower. It was still there after I asked for additional cleaning. My main concern is about the hotel staff. It might be that it was a bad day, but they didn’t feel much friendly. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and hotel itself was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, especially so close to the trains.
