“I loved it here the smell of hotel was amazing ”

“The restroom need some cleaning. The toilet was dirty. And a lot of dust other than that it was good.”

“Breakfast was pretty good but they ran out of coffee and hot water both days I was there. The teenagers I was with really liked the pool table on the 2nd floor. Bar prices for bottles beer seemed on the verge of gouging but maybe that is just Chicago costs? Staff was excellent. Everyone that I interacted with treated me like a guest and was very hospitable. Would recommend.”

“The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. However, I specifically chose this hotel because parking was available. When we arrived, however, parking was not available. I was instructed that there was a lot down the street, outside, and I could park there. It was very inconvenient, especially since I had a friend with me who is not capable of walking the few blocks and uses a cane. After asking several times, I was told that some Parking had opened the following morning and I moved the car....

“Staff were pleasant, kind and helpful. Breakfast was not included and was $22. It was a regular hotel buffet. A hotel of this price/quality should either include breakfast or make it a nicer experience. No complaints regarding the room or cleanliness. ”

“My wife and I were visiting Chicago. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is in the center of West Loop. We loved that the apartment is renovated and had a kitchen/laundry. The staff was super attentive and check in was smooth. We will definitely be staying again in the future!”

“The hotel is great, perfect location and surprisingly quiet. The room is beautiful and big. Cleaning could be improved, though. I found some hair in the shower. It was still there after I asked for additional cleaning. My main concern is about the hotel staff. It might be that it was a bad day, but they didn’t feel much friendly.
