The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms that is very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room felt quiet and relaxing after a long day out. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring New Taipei and Taipei city. What really stood out was the service....

“從入住至退房，各服務都很到位，房間很整潔。 但在某些硬件上應多加注意，特別在安排入住前，如窗簾有問題，當我入房後發現並通知房務部跟進，另外還有牆紙有點破損，全身鏡亦有小問題，而這些都是可以在客人入住前驗查到的”

“Hotel was actually better than expected. The location is perfect if you’re wanting to touch base in Taiwan, shopping & food close by. The employees were friendly, professional, and allotted us 1 extra hour to check-out due to 3am check-in. Room was clean, TV, hot shower, decent bed. Breakfast buffet was great! ”
