“I was noticing on the breakfast”

“This Best Western Plus is currently under construction, most of the "mess" is construction related. Check in was easy, breakfast and pool area are clean. Not tons of options for breakfast, but the omelettes were very good! The gym is 3 cardio pieces and that's it, no weights. Ice appeared to only be located on the main floor. Room was clean; however, we had 2 random body lotions, 2 body wash bars, and a shampoo. Usually for a one night stay I rely on using shampoo and conditioner at the hotel....

“The room and hotel were both very run down. The breakfast advertised was misrepresented in the hotel description. The only breakfast food items available were coffee and packaged muffins. It was a typical “right off the interstate” run down hotel.”
