Hotel vicino a Neil Douglas Natural Features Reserve - Melbourne

“La pulizia andrebbe migliorata, la manutenzione generale è un po' carente. È una sistemazione abbastanza economica, quindi per una notte va più che bene.”

“Ok for a night”

“Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious.”

“Clean facilities”

“Clean room with a small kitchenette and microwave and cutlery. Always handy if you don’t want to go out for dinner. Staff always friendly and welcoming. And love that you can park your car in front of your room. We stay here often and it’s always been good.”

“Many of the common area lightning isnt working. In some areas half of the light globes are out. Feels a little bit too dark in common areas at night”

“Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

“Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

“Very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent.”

“The good points were the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and facilities were good. The bad were there were 3, however the room was only set up for 2, however this was rectified when we asked. The complimentary water we were told was always 2 didn't matter if there were 3. The room service was haphazard the beds were not made properly or the dishes washed would have preferred no one to enter the room at all for what was done.”

“We loved the indoor pool and the buffet breakfast was excellent”

“Staff members were amazing. Thank you for the free upgrade.”

“Very friendly receptionist and manager. Excellent follow up with my booking. I recommand this motel.”

“Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

“Room was great for 4 people but had a strange smell on entering the room . After a while you didn't notice it , but each time on entering you could smell it”

“Suggest Chang towel every day.”

“King Arthur room was beautiful. Lovely spot to stay in Olinda. Terrific to have breakfast provisions provided.”
