“We had stayed here last November also and you can tell the difference with the new owners. Everything is shaping up nicely. New carpet and everything was spotless. They have a nice breakfast available also. Plan on staying here often as we have a new grandson in the area.”

“I am not fond of pets in a hotel as some people do not clean up after them. The room was clean and enjoyed the accessible shower. Bed was comfortable as were the towels. It was quiet with the exception of some guests that were a little noisy. Staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities are quite adequate. ”

“The room was ok, place is very old, not well maintained. Pool is shut down, has a Crack in it? Say that on your website that it is shut down, we wanted a pool. Then someone lied and said the pool in the other hotel in town was shut down, it was not, but the place was full or we would have went there. The continental breakfast is nothing hardly, and after seeing the fingernails of the desk clerk I was eating nothing at all. TV was not set up, had to come to my room to get it going, that...

“Arrowwood is always a clean, comfortable place to stay, and close to a number of things to do. Minor issues were the whirlpool was not working well, and the poolside bar was out of a number of items, as was the chophouse restaurant. Seems someone dropped the ball with supply ordering and maintenance”

“ We had a great stay the staff was welcoming on arrival. The breakfast was simple your typical eggs, waffles, yogurt, bakery goods, the coffee was good too! We did not use the pool/hot tub but looked inviting. There was shopping and food within walking distance. I would stay again. ”

“The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend.”

“This hotel is very economically priced - was clean and the night staff was very nice - you get what you pay for. Breakfast needs improvements. The parking lot is in dire need of repaving. Took a long time for hot water and never really got hot. Overall needs an update. ”

“Property seemed kind of run down. Room was ok, nothing fancy by a long shot. I was disappointed that it did not have any complimentary soap or shampoo included. Luckily I had some with me. No TV guide so finding something to watch was tedious. Breakfast was ok but not nothing hot other than the waffles (which are always tasty!). All in all it was a place to sleep and I guess this is what $100 gets you any more.”

“My family has stayed here for years while visiting from out of state and will no longer go back. Rude owners, pool hours only when they feel like it, dirty pool area and disgusting hot tub, wall crumbling in pool area. Rude calls in the night from staff wondering which vehicles were ours. Constant smell of marijuana.”
