Hotel a Nelson

“Person at counter for check-in wasn’t very friendly. Informed me that I was 1 hour early. Really didn’t want to check me in early even tho room was vacant and ready. ”

“I appreciated how clean the hotel was over all. The room smelled clean and was clean. I didn’t go in the pool or hot tub, but I did feel the pool and it felt warm. Breakfast had many options to fill one up before heading out. I enjoyed waffles, yogurt, banana, and eggs. There were many drink options both cold and hot. I enjoyed hot chocolate. I would definitely stay again.”

“The bed in the handicap room was at a good height where you did not need to request a step stool or run and take a running jump. We were both pleased with the room overall. The bed was comfortable as well. Thank you!!”

“Nice place to stay. Pool was a little cooler than I'm comfortable. Nice Hot tub. I wish the pool opening was earlier 10:00 am to 10:30 pm. Would like to do a morning swim but if I have to checkout at 11:00 am that makes it impossible...”
