“We stayed here for a couple of nights so we could see Kingston. Great location, easy walk to some places and easy to get Ubers to key locations. “Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. L'acqua calda nella doccia/vasca idromassaggio non e' mai arrivata... effettivamente faceva caldo quindi si poteva fare la doccia fredda... ma da un hotel del genere mi aspettavo altro. “This is like my sixth stay here. I stayed for 7 nights. I really enjoyed it. I had a slight matter and Mr. Brown (I think his first name begins with T.) was very helpful (and this was about after 10pm). He immediately figured out a resolution to ensure the issue was resolved in the interim. He also followed up in the morning and he really went above and beyond. These level of customer service is always greatly appreciated. Judith and the rest of the kitchen staff are always amazing !!!!...
